How to submit a support request


ZEDEDA's support team is available to help you in the event that you have questions or requests pertaining to our products or services. To contact our team, you need to submit a support request. To do so, execute the steps in the following procedure.



  1. Optional: Log in to the ZEDEDA Help Center.
  2. Click on Submit a Request.
  3. Select the Type and if it is in Production.
  4. Enter the Subject and all the required information.
  5. Provide a detailed description of your subject in the Description field.
  6. Select the appropriate Severity.
  7. Add any relevant files to Attachments.
  8. Click Submit.

After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation message indicating that your support request has been received.
