Submit a support request

ZEDEDA's support team is available to help you when you have questions or requests pertaining to our products or services. To contact us, you need to submit a support request. To do so, complete the following procedure.

After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation indicating that your support request has been received.

Submit a support request

  1. Optional: Log in to the ZEDEDA Help Center.
  2. Click on Submit a Request.
  3. Select the Type and if it is in Production.
  4. Enter the Subject and all the required information.
  5. Provide a detailed description of your subject in the Description field.
  6. Select the appropriate Severity.
  7. Add any relevant files to Attachments.
  8. Click Submit.
